Design Daftar provides interior design consultancy and execution services including, but not limited to, full home interiors, modular interiors, renovations, and curated space design. The scope, timeline, and pricing of services are agreed upon separately in individual service agreements or proposals.

Submitting a consultation request through our website does not constitute a binding contract. A formal engagement begins only upon execution of a signed service agreement and receipt of any applicable advance payment. We reserve the right to decline any consultation request at our discretion.
Payment terms, milestones, and refund conditions are specified in individual service agreements. In general, advance payments are non-refundable once design work has commenced. Any disputes regarding payments must be raised in writing within 7 days of the relevant invoice date.
By submitting your details through any form on our website, you consent to Design Daftar and its representatives contacting you via calls, SMS, email, RCC, or WhatsApp regarding our products and offers. This consent supersedes any registration on DNC/NDNC lists.
Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Design renderings and 3D visualisations are representative and may differ from final executed work.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Design Daftar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We may engage third-party vendors, contractors, and suppliers in the execution of our services. While we take reasonable care in selecting partners, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of third parties. Vendor warranties, if any, will be passed on to you where applicable.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
